SHIPPING CHARGES AND TAXES
The order generated by the Ergo GND is not the official invoice and does not include shipping charges, taxes or custom fees if applicable.
Taxes and shipping charges will be applied on the final invoice. A copy of the invoice and credit card slip will then be sent by mail.
Your order will ship as soon as availability is confirmed and credit is approved. Orders will ship via UPS unless instructed otherwise.
If an item is not available, you will be contacted and provided an ETA. Charges to your credit card will only be applied upon shipment of goods.
Note that there are handling charges of $ 10 for any order below 75 $.
Once the order has been confirmed and fulfilled, delivery time within Canada is expected to be 3 - 14 business days and for outside of
Canada, expect it within 7 to 21 days.
Delivery only occurs on regular business days and does not include any holidays of our delivery carrier. Our regular business days are
Monday to Friday from 8h30 to 17h00. Orders placed overnight will be responded to within 24 hours from the opening of the next business
day.
US customers please note: delivery can take from 5 to 20 days for shipment arrival.
RETURNS:
All returns will require an RMA# which can be obtained by contacting us at petermcdonald2@rogers.com or (613) 729-9825.
Return for credit will only apply to items purchased within 30 days. Beyond this time frame, all returns will either be repaired or replaced.
